Gamma-Level Support
Our entry level package, suitable for small companies that need the monitoring, with less on-site support.
The Gamma Package includes:
- 24-hr Network Monitoring for Servers, Workstations, Laptops and other network devices.
- 8 Hour(s) Response Time
- 1 Hour(s) Onsite Support
(additional rates apply after the contractual time) - 2 Hour(s) Offsite/HelpDesk Support
